- Responsible for maintenance, repairs and installations
- Assist internal users experiencing operational, hardware, or network connectivity problems with their computer systems and provides basic support for the office productivity software used within the organization.

- Provide post-sales support to Business Development Manager’s (BDM) for all relevant FinancialCAD products, but in particular FINCAD Market Data offerings, to help enable the company to achieve its revenue and product objectives.
- Ensure that a consistently high level of product support is provided for FINCAD Market Data to assist the sales process and help differentiate FINCAD products and services from the competition to help achieve short and long term revenue and profitability targets.
- Ensure all product ideas, complaints, and bugs (from internal and external sources), particularly relating to FINCAD Market Data offerings are documented for the product managers to allow the client/prospect/user voice to be heard and considered when planning enhancements, new features or new products.
- Continually improve knowledge of the financial domain by reading books, attending seminars/courses and subsequently disseminating the knowledge amongst the client services and sales teams.
- Assist in training internal staff’ regarding all products, but in particular Market Data offerings, to reduce external training costs and help enable individuals to sell more efficiently and effectively, thus increasing revenues.
- Provide general and onsite client training to educate our clients to become more proficient users of FINCAD products, generate revenue, build goodwill, and spur trainees to become better advocates of the products for greater future sales.
- University degree (business - finance, mathematics, computer science) is required.
